Swim, fish, or dock your boat in your own front yard; Launch your boat right next door or rent ours; Enjoy sand volleyball or a campfire in the back yard. Watch the sunset over the dunes from your living room. Plenty of room for the extended family - accommodates up to 12 guests. Open year round.

Additionally, a $300 Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The Security Deposit is fully refundable, assuming the house is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. Security Deposits will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
50% down payment required at booking and balance due 60 days before arrival.
Off-Season Nightly requires a 2 night minimum AND a $75 cleaning fee will be charged for 2 night stays.
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday
